February 2018 trip to Cuba
With the ever tightening restrictions and confusing information about travel to Cuba, I'm getting more and more requests for another trip. I've led four group trips to Cuba this year and am excited to announce a February 2018 group trip to Cuba. I'll be holding an info session at 7pm on Tuesday, December 5th inside Shops at the Loom at 1087 Flushing Ave in Brooklyn.
Everyone is scrambling to visit Cuba, a diverse island paradise seemingly stuck in the 60s. From classic car tours through Old Havana and bike tours through Vinales' tobacco country to scuba diving in the Bay of Pigs, flamingo watching in Cienfuegos and waterfall jumping and art walk tours in Trinidad - Cuba has something for everyone.
Join me for an unforgettable small group trip that will visit four distinct Cuban cities, each of which offering its own flavor and flare. This cultural, people-to-people educational tour is activity-heavy, including lots of walking, hiking, and biking.
In addition to visiting typical tourist sites like Revolution Plaza and Old Havana, there will also be opportunities to zip line through tobacco country, snorkel/scuba dive in the Bay of Pigs, go flamingo watching and jump off waterfalls in national parks. We will take cars in between cities and rent bikes to get around within various cities. For those not interested in biking, walking and horseback tours can be arranged.
